Stuttgart is still strong at home - the crisis is forgotten
The Stuttgart team has achieved its third successive success in the Bundesliga, showing that the crisis has stayed back in time. In a match of the 24th round of the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the Swabians defeated Erik Tommy with a 1-0 goal in the 13th minute. This was a clash between the second and third best defenses in the German championship. The first goal in the match was for the guests in the 9th minute when Danny da Komta hit the crossbar with a strike outside the penalty area. The hosts did not delay their response and 4 minutes later they found the result with their new addition, Eric Tommy. Daniel Gincheck broke from Eintracht`s defense and overcame their goalie, directing the ball to the door, Marko Rousse with a sword knocking it in the beam and the rampant Tommy scored his first goal in the Bundesliga.
The game then calmed down to the 41st minute when Sebastian Aller scored for Eintracht, but the shot was correctly canceled for a clear ambush. The Stuttgart was very close to leading 2-0 at the start of the second half when the assistant referee did not see Gincheck`s ambush, who went past Lucas Hradetski again, but the defensive defender stood in the way of the ball.
For the whole half this was the only serious danger to the goal and so the game according soccer livescore ended with a minimum victory for the hosts.
With this success Stuttgart is now the second best host in the Bundesliga with 8 wins of 12 matches at its stadium, climbing to 12th position with 30 points. Eintracht is now in third place with 9 points more than today`s rival.
